3. Account and Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account, billing, and shipping information for all purchases made through our service. This is especially critical for perishable goods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or if delivery information is incomplete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. The individual who places the order is considered the primary responsible party for the transaction.

4. Product Representation and Natural Variation

All meat sold by Prime Cuts Delivery is a natural product. We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible through photography and detailed descriptions. However, you acknowledge that minor variations in size, weight, color, marbling, and fat content are inherent characteristics of pasture-raised and artisan-butchered meat and are not considered defects. These variations are a hallmark of a natural, non-industrial food source. An order is not confirmed until you receive an official shipping confirmation from Prime Cuts Delivery.

5. Fees and Pricing

All product prices are listed in US Dollars ($) and are exclusive of any applicable sales tax and shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout. For products sold by weight, the price shown is an estimate. Your final charge will be based on the exact weight of the product packed for your order, and this final charge will be reflected in your shipping confirmation email. Full payment is required at the time of order to reserve your items from the butchery. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice based on market availability.

6. Delivery and Receipt of Goods

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. Our packaging is designed to maintain a food-safe temperature for several hours after delivery. However, as our products are perishable, you are responsible for retrieving and properly refrigerating or freezing the contents of your delivery box promptly. Once our courier partner confirms delivery via their tracking system, responsibility for the product's condition and food safety transfers to you. Prime Cuts Delivery is not liable for spoilage or theft that occurs after a confirmed delivery.

7. Cancellations, Refunds, and Satisfaction Promise

You may cancel an order for a full refund at any time before you receive a shipping confirmation. Once an order is packed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. **Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.** However, we stand by our 100% Satisfaction Promise. If you are not satisfied with the quality of an item you receive, you must contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery with a description of the issue and a photograph. At our discretion, we will offer a full or partial refund, store credit, or a replacement on a future order.

8. Intellectual Property

The "Prime Cuts Delivery" name, logo, website content, text, photography, and all related service names and brand assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Prime Cuts Delivery. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access and use our Site for personal, non-commercial use. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our brand assets or Site content is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

You agree not to use our Site for any unlawful purpose or to post any content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringing.
