Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?

Because we cut and prepare meat fresh to order, we have a limited window for modifications. You can modify or cancel your order through your account dashboard up to 24 hours after it has been placed. After this point, your order enters our butchery queue and can no longer be changed. For subscription orders, you can modify or skip a delivery up to 72 hours before your scheduled shipping date.

How long will the meat stay fresh in the vacuum-sealed pack?

The vacuum-sealing process significantly extends the shelf life of your meat. In your refrigerator, unopened vacuum-sealed packs will remain fresh for up to 2 weeks for beef and pork, and up to 1 week for poultry. In your freezer, they will maintain their premium quality for up to 12 months, with minimal risk of freezer burn.

Do I need to be home to receive the delivery?

No, you do not need to be home. Our insulated boxes and gel packs are designed to keep your order at a safe temperature for many hours after arrival. Our delivery partners are instructed to leave the package in a secure, shaded area near your doorstep.
